Perspective.
"I'm done with him!" She exclaimed, with an air of confident self-affirmation. "He is a jerk and I have permanently blocked him from my social media profiles, and thus, my life. I am finally ready to move on."
"I want to be done with her too." He thought in reply. "...and I will be as soon as I'm through making payments on all of the damage she did to my last apartment."
